1914 - Born.
1921 - Enrolls at school in Aarhus, meets Laura.
1928 - Confirmation, finishes elementary school.
1929 - Her father and the rest of the family move to the village of Beder outside Aarhus, Ruth stays in a room in Aarhus, enrolling in 'Latin School' to prepare for university.
1931 - Initiates secret relationship with Laura.
1932 - Finishes 'Latin School' and graduates with the highest marks possible.
1933 - Enrolls at university, studying classical languages, Latin and Ancient Greek.
1935 - Laura dies; Ruth drops out of university.
1936 - 1944 - Takes up theology studies at Aarhus University.
1944 - 1949 - Works as an assistant for her father at Frederik Church, Aarhus.
1949 - Becomes pastor at Saint Madeleine Church, Copenhagen.
